Section 2. Late Introduction

Since many readers have short attention spans, I placed the main message at the beginning of this book, and now, I give you an introduction.

Many channeling sources speak about the coming open contact and ascension, but no one discusses what will happen after a positive open contact. When humans start thinking about the effects of open contact, they typically fall into a trap of negative thinking and are attracted by the gravity of social collapse. Here, I want to outline a positive plan for post-contact reforms. There are several premises that drive my positive thinking.

First is the law of attraction. According to this law, we are in a collective dream, and we co-create our reality with our beliefs and thoughts. Therefore, here I am developing and detailing a positive path forward. There are multiple timelines, and each of us will be attracted to a timeline that corresponds to our vibration. Let's focus on the positive outcome and be attracted to it.

Another premise is that I was in contact with various aliens from many civilizations via channelers. Now, as telepathy is being proven by the telepathy tapes project, channeling should be vindicated as a form of telepathy. I co-organized a channeling community and was able to verify key answers by comparing channeled messages with stories of experiencers and my own telepathic alien connections.

The main conclusion from this research is that the free will of humanity is respected, and we are in good hands. We are being guarded by several galactic alliances that are benevolent and are helping humanity to open up to the galaxy. Until open contact, we are blocked from open visitations by the Prime Directive. This prime directive is strengthened by the refusal of the majority of the population and the elected and de facto rulers to open up.

Historically, the planet was hacked by the secret planetary rulers who, until now, were successful in persuading the population and the public leaders to reject open contact. Under "secret rulers", I mean so-called "runaway civilization", international banks, secret space program, and other usual suspects. According to my research, these secret rulers are predominantly humans aided by Zetas, Nordics, reptilians, and a few others. They are likely international and multiracial and substantially ancient. They have alien technologies, have underground bases on Earth and in the Solar system. They use Earth's economy to produce goods that they trade with the galaxy. So Earth is secretly used as a colony and a mining and production facility, and a source of laborers.

This has been permitted by the Galactic Federation only because of the respect for the free will of humanity and the Prime Directive. The conspiracy was permitted because it is supported by the compliance of the public figures and the population. Moreover, the economy of the planet is based on conspiracy and is masterfully balanced and prevented from collapse by artful secret manipulation by the secret rulers who use media, power, money, and war to keep the economy going.

So another reason open contact was delayed by the Galactic Federation is that open contact would cause the disclosure, the disclosure would undermine the control of the secret rulers, and that would crash the economy, which would cause deaths, hunger, wars, lower the vibration, prevent ascension, and potentially reinstate the secret rulers or even a worse form of tyranny.

The Galactic Federation tries to avoid the need to take over the ruling of the planet. The first reason for this is the respect for the free will of humans. The second reason is the lack of experience in ruling our planet. Next, taking over the control of the planet will look like a conquest, and that doesn't look pretty in history books.

Human civilization has a spiritual mission to resolve many of the past catastrophes: the destruction of Atlantis, of Maldek planet, of Mars, of some Lyran planet, and so on. All of these were of the home planet and the genome of the Zeta grays, etc. The Earth has the potential to untangle the bad karma of the past. For that reason, many souls from these catastrophes are currently incarnated and are working for a positive outcome.

So, among all possible catastrophic scenarios, there is a positive scenario where humanity awakens and makes a positive choice. At the same time, the second principle of the Matrix is to maximize drama. The first one is the enforcement of free will, and the second is to maximize drama. So the negative branches of the timeline are very real, but the positive ones are possible as well.

It is also important that the secret rulers are not fully negative. They are trapped in their roles. To keep the economy going, they are forced to perpetuate crime and deception. Their actions are also justified by the fact that they respect free will. Out of greed, fear, and ignorance, humans perpetually choose war, deceit, corruption and ignorance. So the conspiracy is willingly supported by the majority.

Yet, Galactic Federation, while respecting the free will of humans and playing by the rules, pushes its way to Disclosure and open Contact. According to Bashar, the open contact is likely to come around 2027-2037. Although the secret rulers were planning a global nuclear war in 2024-2025, it was prevented by the alien ships that camouflaged themselves as human-looking drones, known as NJ drones. Despite the name, these were globally controlled and demonstrated their presence to secret rulers around nuclear facilities globally. So the Galactic Federation became much more proactive while avoiding "catastrophic contact."

This and other tactics allow the Galactic Federation to push the secret and public rulers to unroll the Disclosure and open contact. For karmic reasons, it is essential that the Disclosure is done by humans and open contact is initiated either by the majority of humans or by their elected leaders. The leaders are coerced to comply, but it is essential that it is humans who initiate both, that is, because of the respect for free will, the main principle of the Matrix.
